P.H.E. Work Habits:
Needs More Effort
I usually need several reminders to: be an active listener, get on-task, follow safety rules, or be a good sport. My equipment can get taken away, and I need time to refocus before I play again.
Keep On Trying!
I am on-task some of the time. I sometimes need a reminder to be an active listener, follow the safety rules, or be a good sport. I put my best effort doing the activities I like.
Good Job!!
I am on-task during ALL activities. I STOP, DROP & LISTEN really well to instructions. I can follow the rules and play with equipment safely. I put in my best effort. I am a good sport!
WOW!!!
I am always on-task, play safely with equipment, and try my best! I automatically STOP, DROP & LISTEN when the music stops. I help my peers play safely, I am a leader!
