I will add on a new fitness focused 'bored' game weekly,

Play with your family, Zoom with your friends,
or get inspired to put a fitness twist on your own favourite board game.

Starting at the bottom left corner of the game,
roll 1 or 2 dice, play solo, with a family member or a Zoom friend.
Move your marker the number on the dice,
and do the activity of where you land. Have fun making your way to 100!

If you have a TWister game in your home, use the spin board
to choose how you move to the following places in your home!
Try to be light on your feet as you Gallop to the couch, or Skip to the Refrigerator.

CONNECT FOUR
Play a family member or
Zoom challenge a friend.
Start by choosing an exercise to do at the bottom of the page.
Then colour it in.
Then your opponent goes, and uses a different colour to shade in the circle of the exercise that they did.
Work from the bottom, up. Trying to block your opponent from Connecting 4.
If you connect 4,
you win!
