Super Heroes are super fit!
But they aren't born that way,
they need to work out and train often, 3-5x a week.
Here are a few of my favourite Super Hero workouts
that can help you keep fit too,
on the spot, indoors or outside.
Choose 1 Super Hero Work out and
try to LEVEL UP by doing the routine
2x = Level 2
3x = Level 3 = WOW!
Remember you can adjust the number of repetitions,
take short breaks and sips of water, as needed.
